Think about this..... how long could you.... would you.... be willing to carry a load.... a weight that was physically too much for you? A natural response would probably be to put the it down or get some support from someone or some thing to help lighten the load.So emotionally.... spiritually.... why wouldn't we have the same natural response. Why carry the weight.... the load.... the burden of fear... anxiety... worry... guilt.... sin when God has offered us relief?
Give your burdens to the Lord, and He will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.

If we continuously carry the weight..... the burdens of this life.... we are turning away from the request.... the invitation of God to give it all to Him! He knows all we need and He is ready.... willing.... to help. No, He has not promised to work out every one of our situations the way that we would.... but He does want us to trade in our concerns.... cares.... worries. He promises to sustain us with His peace and rest while He works everything out according to His plan!
